Hello! My name is Ms. De Avila, and I work with second, fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students at North End University Academies for Boys and Girls. This is my seventh year at North End, and I'm excited for the 2009-2010 school year. I spend my day teaching reading. I love my job, and really enjoy seeing all of my students grow and learn with me everyday!
In addition to teaching, I am also the bus patrol supervisor along with my fellow ELL teacher, Ms. Kloster. We enjoy greeting students every morning as they arrive on the buses, and we work hard to get them safely home again with the help of our fifth and sixth grade bus patrols.
