3rd Grade Boys Present the 7 Continents
The boys worked in pairs and researched
a continent. We found out about landforms,
manmade sites, and animals.
We made lists of our findings.
Then, we made pop-up figures
that came from our research.
Finally, we made presentations to the class. |
Irish Dancers Visit
The 2nd and 3rd grade girls were treated to an Irish dance show by 4 sisters who dance competitively. The dancing sisters were dressed in colorful costumes and wore curly wigs. They showed us several dances and we even tried a few steps ourselves. Later in the week, we drew picture and made thank-you cards for the dancers.

Music is Magic
We love to sing. We learn songs by practicing the lyrics over and over. It is fun to get the 2nd and 3rd grade girls together for a larger group.
