My name is Hamilton Bell, and this is my second year working as the Principal at North End Elementary.  We are excited about our new programs.  We now have a Pre-K program, Boys and Girls University Academies preparing our students for college, and an AVID program for students in grades 4-6.  AVID stands for Advance Via Determination, this program will teach our students organization and note taking skills.

The administration and faculty at North End are excited to have the opportunity to enhance communication between the teachers and the parents/guardians of our students. We believe that open communication is one of the keys to developing relationships between the school and our community.

My goal for North End is to keep the learning environment safe, nurturing and equitable for all students. Learners will receive the best education so they can meet and exceed the district and state standards. I will always try to make myself available to students and their families to come and see me whenever there is a need. I will also commit myself to creating and maintaining a caring environment for our future leaders.
